Agile, scary agile.

75% of all Festina projects are done in agile mode. In essence: from ivory tower excellence with a client as a king, to a holistic team effort with us as facilitator of your own solution.

We call it ‘sprinting’. A pre-mounted ambition, one or two weeks dedication, and always release-ready output on the last day. Little or no project management, and proven to have better results than a traditional set-up.

CIRCLE OF INNOVATION

Our starting point is always the idea that us working together leads to new or more business for your company. Therefore we ideally keep on working together on a structural base, in order to make it possible to truly innovate together.

And innovation means trial and error, hence our beliefs. Not every sprint leads to that golden egg. Also, in some cases, many production sprints are needed to get to a beta version, and then you still have to listen and adapt based on users input. Yikes.

Working like this means an authentic believe in each other’s capabilities, a constructive view on a better future together, and a pinch of good fun. That is why we always work with collaboration agreements in which there is time to evaluate things, develop new ideas and production plans, and measure results. It also makes it possible to maintain a certain service level on deliverables after the sprinting process.

Keeping things real

If you can use data or any other form of live feedback when making choices, it would be stupid not to. We keep things in check in our daily practice by:  1. reviewing the impact of the outcome on the business of the client, 2. assessing the level of satisfaction within our working relationship and 3. determining the level of creativity of the solution itself. These three ways of quality assurance will passively or actively be conducted during our working relationship; each of which have their own equipment.

OUR CREATIVE POWERHOUSE

We started Chateau at the end of 2016, after realizing that we wanted to develop an inspiring and creative environment that could bring us and our clients closer together, making our working relationship even stronger.

Located in a former machine factory in Amsterdam, Chateau is hosting a selected group of service providers, intra- and entrepreneurs. Its residents share knowledge, crafts and energy in order to create new business and insights.
